Annie, William & family (except for the 3 youngest girls) moved to Eleanor from Roane County on August 26, 1936.

The 3 youngest girls Isabelle, Nellie & Nancy grew up in the Odd Fellows Home in Elkins, from ~1932 to ~1954 (?). Dates unconfirmed.

History: The Odd Fellows of West Virginia were planning for their orphants home by 1902. Cornerstone-laying ceremonies for the home in Elkins took place in 1908, and the home was dedicated in 1910.
