OBITUARY

Columbus Frazier
______
Columbus Frazier, son of A.T. and Harriett Frazier, was born in Wayne County,
Iowa, November 23,1862 and died in a Charleston hospital December 4, 1929, age
67 years and 11 days.
His parents died when he was a small boy. In 1875 he came to West Virginia
with his two brothers and one sister. He leaves to mourn their loss two
brothers - David Frazier of Red House, and Randolph Frazier of Fraziers Bottom
- two nieces and five nephews besides a host of other relatives and friends.
His sister, Mrs. Hannah Boley having preceded him in death.
He was a friend to the needy and he gave his heart to God when he was a young
man and as far as we know he continued a christian to the end.
Funeral services were preached at Fraziers Bottom by E.O. Buckalew, an old
friend, and the body laid to rest in the cemetery at that place.
